CARNIVAL OF CARNAGE

Introduced in 1992

The first Joker's Card, as it stands it is the Carnival of Carnage, a representation of the ghetto and the violence that the hoodlums within cause. It's form is of a travelling Carnival which releases one-to-one brutality onto those who have ignored the inner-cities' cry for help. It issues a warning toward the upper class for it's negligence to the lower classes.
